About the Author:
Moshe (Marty) Cohen is a Jewish man. Like Jewish men have for centuries, he sought a relationship with the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And, like thousands of Jewish men and women have, he found that relationship through a personal relationship with Y'shua Ha Moshiach, Jesus the Messiah.

While worshiping in Messianic Jewish congregations in Dallas, Texas for over ten years, Marty began teaching both within the congregations and in churches throughout North Texas. He incorporated Messianic Messages, in 1986, a teaching ministry that reaches out through Bible studies, a visiting pulpit ministry, a monthly newsletter, and through cooperation with Jewish ministries and churches. He has taught in churches and Christian gatherings representing nearly every Bible-believing denomination. In September of 1987 Marty was ordained by the President and Vice President of the Southern Baptist Messianic Fellowship. Although his heart’s desire is that all Israel would be saved and come to know the same L-rd that he knows and serves, his ministry is predominately to the Gentile church, bringing a Jewish light to the nations. Two or three times a year, he takes Christians to tour Israel and to meet Messianic Jewish leaders who are laboring in what he calls "the most important mission field in the world."

In 1999, Marty and his wife Carol answered G-d’s call to the land that He calls beautiful. They sold their home in the Dallas, Texas area, gave away most of their belongings to their children and moved to Israel in January of 2000. They lived in the land for four years until he L-rd directed them, once again, to sell everything they had and return to "the Old Country." They have returned to Dallas and Marty is again available for pulpit ministry and for teaching at conferences and seminars on topics related to the Jewish roots of Christianity, the significance of the Biblical Feasts of the L-rd for the Church, and the Christian responsibility for Jewish evangelism.
